Riyadh – Mubasher: SABB Takaful has appointed Bashaar AlQunaibt as deputy chairman of the board of directors, according to a disclosure to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Monday.

The appointment is based on the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) no objection letter, which the company received on Sunday.

The board’s resolution is effective as of 26 April 2020.

AlQunaibt holds a bachelor degree in marketing and has over 18 years of experience in the financial and banking sectors.
